Sear the salmon in a hot non-stick frying pan with oil on medium heat. Cool until golden on each side and season with salt, chili flakes, and dill. Set aside.
In the same pan, add broccoli and fry on high heat for a few minutes.
Slice the almonds and apples, add to the broccoli pan and toss. Serve with the spinach and salmon.
