Chia Pudding with Berries

  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Mixed berries
  • 6 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix coconut milk with chia seeds in a bowl, divide into four glasses or small bowls.

  2. Place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Stir the mixture a couple of times.

  3. Top it off with the berries.
