Let the green peas thaw.
Use a fork and mash the peas.
Peel and shred the carrots.
Add carrots, green peas, egg, sliced green onions, flour, salt, and ground pepper into a bowl and mix until combined.
Form into 16 fritters and cook on medium-high heat in a nonstick frying pan, until golden on each side.
Serve with yogurt and salad
