Set the oven to 190°C.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined.
Place the dough onto parchment paper and press it into an 18 x 18 cm square.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Allow the bars to cool for 5 minutes and then cut into 8 bars.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
