Ingredients:

  • ½ cup / 2 dl rolled oats
  • 2 cups / 4-5 dl water
  • ⅕ tsp salt
  • ⅖ cup / 1 dl blueberries
  • 1 mango (about 7 oz / 250 g)
  • 2 kiwi (about 5 oz / 150 g)

 

Directions:

  1. Measure oatmeal, water and salt into a saucepan. Boil the oats and stir. Let the oatmeal simmer for 2-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. (Some like oatmeal that has a little bite others like it completely cooked together.) You can dilute the porridge to the desired thickness.
  2. Add the blueberries at the end and stir.
  3. Chop the kiwi and mango and use them to top the oatmeal.
