With this latest update, the Lifesum app now adapts to your unique lifestyle by offering some of the most popular diets requested by our users.
The 5:2 diet
High protein diet
Low carb high fat light & strict
Isocaloric (33/33/33) diet
Pick your plan, and Lifesum will automatically adjust your daily calorie and nutrient goals to match! Not sure which one to try? Test a new plan or stick with Lifesum’s Standard Diet, based on international nutrition guidelines.
The Standard Diet is based on recommendations from international food and nutrition organizations.
Remember, when it comes to diets there’s no one size fits all. It’s all about you and your preferences so let’s make this choice your own. So go ahead and try!
Easy to get started
1. Go to Settings in the Lifesum app and click on Diets
2. Explore and read more about the diets listed before you make a choice.
3. Click on Start Diet to get going!
