Pick your diet and your daily calorie and nutrient goals will be automatically adjusted. Not sure what diet to run with? Try if any of the new ones are good for you or go with the Lifesum’s Standard Diet. The Standard Diet is based on recommendations from international food and nutrition organizations.

Hey, just wanted to know something… I’m 5′ 5″, and weighs 9st 10lb. My job i office bound and I sit still most of the time at work, but I work out 4 times a week (kettlebells and running). Seeing as I train, I realize I won’t necessarily loose much weight (cause I’m gaining muscle), but I still want to loose inches/fat. Is this app still for me? I use an easy low carb diet, allowing me to eat up to 150 grams of carbs every day. If I choose this type of diet in the app, it will only allow me to eat 80 grams of carbs every day. My wish is that I can set my goals here manually. I’m also wondering about how many calories I’m allowed to eat. A nutrion expert told me that I need about 136 grams of protein not to loose muscle mass. He also told me that seeing as I train (hard) for one hour four times a week, I will need 1672 calories to loose weight in a healthy way. That’s almost 400 more calories than your app recommends. Why is this?
