So you want to focus on being healthy?

We’re always trying to make the app more effective to help you reach your goals, so we’re excited to roll out several new features.

Here are just a few features you’ll find in the latest version that you can now download from the AppStore.

Sharing

You can now share meals, exercise and weight progress news across all social media platforms so the important people in your life can see what you’re doing and give you the support you need.

How to: Take an image of your food or workout, track it, click on the three dots next to the meal/workout in your Diary. Select the image you took earlier or choose the default one. Click the ‘Share’ button in the upper right corner. Now you can share your meal/workout on Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

Note: To be able to use the sharing feature e.g. Facebook, you need to have the Facebook app installed on your phone (same for other social media apps). Afterwards, please go to Settings on your phone→Facebook→Account and write the login details for your Facebook account.

Food Grading

Food grading helps you learn more about which foods to eat when you’re on the LCHF and High Protein diets making reaching your goal easier.

On the High Protein diet, foods that contain more than 12g of protein per 100g, and fewer than 400 kcal per 100g are marked ‘green’; you can eat plenty of these. Foods that contain more than 400 kcal per 100g are marked ‘red’, and should be avoided, or eaten in very small amounts. Foods that are not particularly high in protein or calories are marked ‘grey’, and are fine to eat in moderate amounts.

On the LCHF diet, foods that contain more than 4g of carbohydrate per 100g are marked ‘red’; you should avoid them, or eat very little of them. Foods that contain less than 4g of carbohydrate per 100g are marked ‘green’, and you can eat these as many as you want.

Food Feedback

Food feedback is the additional information you get after tracking a meal. Whenever you add some food the app will tell you if your food was OK or not.

You can turn it off whenever you want, by going to Settings -> tap on ‘Diary settings’ -> turn off ‘Food feedback’.

FoodFeedback

‘Recent’ is back!

We’ve been listening to your feedback and decided to bring this well-loved feature back – making it even easier to quickly track what you ate using the list of recently tracked items.
