Hungry? Here’s a fasting-day snack – White Bean Hummus

What you need:
500 g white beans, boiled
100 ml water
Juice and zest from 0,5 lemon
Salt and pepper
1 medium sized cucumber, cut into sticks
400 g sugar snaps

What you do:
Place white beans, water, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor and mix into a smooth paste. Serve the fresh dip with cucumber sticks and sugar snaps.
