- 90g tuna in water
- 150g chickpeas
- 70g red pepper
- 70g kettle korn
- 30g baby spinach
- 100g low-fat cottage cheese – 1.5%
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Drain the water out of the tuna.
- Cut the peppers into slices and add all the ingredients into a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add optional herbs and some lemon zest for extra flavor.
