  • 380g Whole grain pasta
  • 70g Homemade sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 300g Cherry tomato
  • 2 Fresh mozzarella
  • 30g Fresh basil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Put the cherry tomatoes on a tray with olive oil, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Put on the oven 200°C for 30 min or until is crispy on top.
  2. Boil the pasta, cut the mozzarella in dices.
  3. When the pasta is cooked, mix the pesto and top with the mozzarella, basil and cherry tomatoes.
