Tofu and Broccoli Bowl

A low fat, clean eating, plant-based dish with an Asian twist that you just have to make. Believe us–it takes 20 min and only has 492 kcal!

  • 2 oz / 50g rice noodles
  • 5.5 oz / 150g tofu
  • 7 oz / 200g broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup / 30g baby spinach
  • Lime (optional)
  • Cilantro (optional)
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Ginger (optional)
  • Red chili pepper (optional)


  1. Boil the noodles according to directions.
  2. Cut the tofu into smaller pieces. Add oil into a frying pan and fry the tofu and broccoli, adding soy sauce and optional seasoning (garlic, lime, ginger, and chili)
  3. Serve with the noodles and baby spinach.
  4. Give it some extra flavor with cilantro and lime!
  5. Don’t be afraid to make extra for another day! Eat it cold or warm – it’s so good, it works either way!
