  • 100g beef
  • 120g red pepper 
  • 150g broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp japanese soy
  • 50g rice noodles


  1. Cook the noodles according to the package.
  2. Slice the beef and pepper into strips.
  3. Add oil to a frying pan, add the beef, peppers, broccoli and stir-fry that up for a few minutes on high heat.
  4. Add the noodles and soya sauce and fry for one more minute. Serve it up.
