  • 4 green olives, cut in half
  • 1 handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 3 yellow cocktails tomatoes (or red), cut in half
  • 1 serving 3.5 oz /100 g shirataki noodles
  • 2 spoons LCHF vinaigrette


  1. Rinse the noodles carefully and then fry them a pan to remove as much liquid as possible.
  2. Cut all the ingredients into slices, put in a bowl start with the noodles.
  3. Drissel the vinaigrette over the bowl.
