Rice Cakes and Eggs

This snack is perfect for fast recovery after training!  After training, you have an increased ability to store and refill glycogen levels in your muscles, making for a faster recovery. In this recipe eggs contribute with protein and the rice cakes with easily digestible carbs! If you want to increase the carb amount, simply add some more rice cakes!

  • 8 eggs
  • 8 Tbsp light cream cheese spread
  • 8 rice cakes 


  1. Boil or fry your eggs just how you like them (tips, if you’re always on the go, boiled eggs are excellent to prepare in advance).
  2. Spread the cream cheese on top of the rice cakes and top it off with the eggs – season with some salt and pepper.
