Mangos are not called “the king of fruits” for nothing. This yellow deliciousness is rich in i.e. potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A and dietary fibers and it contains more than 10 different powerful antioxidants. Not to mention, this raw mango sorbet is both easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 mango
  • 6 table spoons of coconut milk
  • Lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mangos. Put in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  2. Use your food processor to mix mango until smooth. Stop, add the coconut milk and squeeze in some lemon juice. Process for 1 more minute.

This one is best served directly after preparing. This one was served with some passion fruit and coconut flakes on top!

    Nice recipe ! I do the same with raspberries, bananas but i guess a lot of fruits will do. I’ll try it !
