Ingredients

  • 200 g Almonds
  • 200 g Walnuts
  • 250 g Apricots
  • 200 g Pitted dates
  • 150 g Cranberries
  • 4 tbsp Shredded coconut (+ appx 50 g to roll the bites in)
  • 1-2 tbsp Almond milk or Cold coffee

For flavor:

  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder,
  • or 1 tsp vanilla powder.

Instructions

  1. Chop the nuts & fruits roughly. Add to a food processor (or mixer) together with coconut flakes and process for a while.
  2. Add the flavor ingredients cacao powder and/or vanilla powder and continue processing. If the mixture is too dry add almond milk or coffee.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls (desired serving size). Roll in coconut flakes.
