Every monday morning at 9.00 the Lifesum team gathers for the weekly monday breakfast prepared by me (Lovisa, Lifesum’s nutritionist). A table loaded with different healthy options is a perfect way to start the week and forget about any unpleasant “Monday feelings”.

We want our breakfast to be filling and energizing and of course the goal is to get the level of nutrients per portion as high as possible. Therefore we eat a lot of foods low in calories but high in nutrients like vegetables, berries, yoghurt and some fruits.

Today’s breakfast:

On Lifesum’s breakfast table so far:

  • Low fat greek yoghurt with fruit salad & fried cinnamon apples. Boiled eggs on the side.
  • Natural yoghurt with mixed berries and two options of homemade granola.
  • Oatmeal with raspberries, blueberries and apples.
  • Rye crisp bread with thinly sliced turkey ham, peppers and tomato.
