Ingredients

  • 170 g pre-shredded/grated cheese mozzarella
  • 85 g almond flour
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese full fat
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 egg medium

Topping

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley  

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 220°C/425°F.
  2. Add the mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, baking powder and salt in a microwaveable bowl.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave on HIGH for a further 30 seconds.
  4. Add the egg and combined the mixture into a dough and shape it into a bread shape and place on a baking tray.
  5. Bake the bread for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Melt the butter and brush it on the bread, sprinkle the parsley and the chopped garlic on top.
