  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 finely chopped garlic
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (or freshly squeezed lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon  grind black pepper
  • 1/2 cup /1 dl (100 ml) olive oil


  1. Mix together mustard, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a fine jet and stir.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette on the salad just before serving.
