Research shows that big results at the beginning of a diet will increase your motivation and helps you stick with a program (1). The 3 Week Weight Loss does exactly that. It’s a kickstart for your weight loss journey in 2018.

Three weeks is usually enough to get used to new habits, adapt to portion sizes, get rid of sugar cravings and really feel all the health improvements this program can bring. After that you are ready to use the long-term Lifesum plans and stay healthy without feeling like you’re on a strict diet.

Most of our users has a calorie goal between 1300-2200 Cal (90%) and this program fits within that range. The recipes in the program amounts to 1600 calories per day, which is pretty generous, but still low enough to get fast results.

The 3 Week Weight Loss recipes are created with a variety of healthy whole foods, and some of them contain allergens such as fish, nuts, and dairies. We trust you’ll avoid any ingredients you don’t tolerate.
