- Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them in pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
- Peel the apples cut them into quarters, core them and cut them into small pieces.
- Wash the mint leaves and dab them dry.
- Puree all ingredients finely in a mixer together with the apple juice.
- Divide into four glasses and serve.
