  • 1 piece (ca. 40 g) fresh ginger
  • 4  kiwis 
  • 150 g cucumber 
  • 2  Granny Smith apples
  • 5–6  mint leaves 
  • 250 ml clear apple juice 
  • crushed ice 



  1. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  2. Peel the kiwis and cut them in pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into small pieces.
  3. Peel the apples cut them into quarters, core them and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Wash the mint leaves and dab them dry.
  5. Puree all ingredients finely in a mixer together with the apple juice.
  6. Divide into four glasses and serve.
