Fried Beef with Vegetables

When you prep a great fried beef, rice is just not important. The zucchini fit the dish much better.

  • 3.5 oz / 100 g slice of beef, shredded
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sliced leek
  • 1/4 sliced peppers
  • 5 ounces / 1.5 dl (150 ml) shredded zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  1. Add the shredded beef, garlic, soy, sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Heat a pan and start frying the meat, use more oil if needed.
  3. When the meat starts to get a nice colour, put all the vegetables in and fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Top it off with sesame seeds and plating it.
  5. Feel free to serve it with aioli if more calories are desired, or a lime wedge.
