Feta Cheese and Rice Salad

An easy vegetarian dish that will blow your mind!

  • 60g brown rice
  • 200g broccoli
  • 40g baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 50g feta cheese


  1. Cook the rice according to the package.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the broccoli and spinach, season with salt, pepper and optional spices like thyme, garlic and chilli.
  3. Combined with the rice when it is cooked.
  4. Top it off with feta cheese and get ready for a feast! If you made extra, don’t worry about heating it up – it’s so good to eat cold!
