  • 1 avocado
  • 8.8 oz / 250 g broccoli (a bouquet)
  • 2 tablespoons lettuce salad in strips
  • 4 leaf cabbage
  • chilli flakes
  • sea salt


  1. Mix together mustard and mayonnaise into a sauce and let stand and go.
  2. Boil the eggs to the texture you prefer.
  3. Divide the kale and broccoli into pieces and fry with the onions in a pan until they soften slightly.
  4. Slice the avocado and split the eggs.
