  • 40 g crumbles from The healthified carrot cake or any other carrot cake recipe you like*
  • 300 g greek yoghurt
  • 10 g honey
  • 20 g almonds

*Since you will only use 1/3 of a regular sized piece of carrot cake it’s ok to use the regular ones. We used a healthier version made out of almond flour and stevia as a sweetener.


  1. Follow the instructions for Helthified carrot cake. Make some crumbles out of one piece of the cake.
  2. Layer the crumbles with greek yoghurt, honey and chopped almonds.
