- 2 dl (200 ml) milk 3%
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 4 table spoons leek, coarsely chopped
- 50 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 200° C (390° F) .
- Put eggs in a bowl together with milk and whip. Add salt and pepper.
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Put leeks and tomato in in the bottom.
- Pour in the egg mixture, add cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
