Today is World Sleep Day! Read this before you “start the celebration” so to speak.
The need for sleep varies from person to person, most healthy adults need between 7 to 9 hours per night to stay at the top of their game. Some get by with just a few hours of rest and others rely on napping. Legend has it Albert Einstein slept 10 hours or more per night and also took naps during the day, while Nikola Tesla never sleeps for more than 2 hours.
