Banana Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup /120 ml oats
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup/ 240 ml  water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup /120 ml unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup / 60 ml berries, fresh or frozen
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the bananas into smaller pieces, add oats, water, and a pinch of salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil and let it simmer while stirring for about 3 minutes.
  3. Top the oatmeal with berries, peanut butter, and milk.
