Who loves oats? Our bellies do! The high amount of fiber in oatmeal is a great help for digestion. So if you are feeling bloated, eat oats for a few days and see what happens!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups /4 dl (400 ml) oatmeal
  • 3 3/4 cup / 8 dl (800 ml) water
  • a pinch of salt
  • Topping
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 cups / 4 dl (400 ml) vegetable milk
  • 1 cup/ 2 dl (200 ml) strawberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add oatmeal, water and salt in a saucepan. Boil and let it simmer while stirring for about 3 minutes.
  2. Divided into 4 bowls. Cut the bananas into slices.
  3. Mash together strawberries and maple syrup.
  4. Top the oatmeal with banana, peanut butter, strawberry jam and milk.
