  • 1/2 small apple
  • 4 walnut halves
  • 2 tablespoon oat flakes
  • 1 tablespoon spelt flakes
  • 1 tablespoon oat bran
  • 1 teaspoon kibbled linseed
  • 1 teaspoon cranberries
  • 125 g plain yoghurt


  1. Wash apple, rub dry, core and cut into quarters. Cut some thin slices from one of the quarters. Cut the rest into small pieces. Coarsely chop the walnut halves.
  2. Mix oat flakes, spelt flakes, oat bran, kibbled linseed, cranberries, walnuts and apple. Pour yogurt in a bowl, add muesli on top and garnish with apple slices.
