Ever reheated codfish in the microwave? Here’s my advice: don’t.
It smells. It smells bad.
That is probably though, the only real downside to fish; that, and the fact that when you handle it the smell sticks to your hands. Fortunately, there are upsides to fish. Here are a few of our favourites:
