Super easy and nutritious muffins - the perfect snack on the go! 3 muffins per serving.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.

  2. Mix eggs, bananas, oats, and cinnamon until combined.

  3. Divide the batter into 12 small muffin tins and sprinkle the almonds and sea salt on top.

  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
