  • 60g burrata
  • 1 tbsp mint pesto
  • 150g peas
  • Garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the peas. When cooked put in a food processor with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  2. Top the bread with the paste, burrata and the mint pesto on top. Use some mint leaves to decorate.
