What you need:
0.5 cup / 60 g almond flour
½ cup / 50 g vanilla casein protein powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 cup / 255 g apple sauce, unsweetened
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
0.5 cup / 80 g unsweetened chocolate chips
What you do:
Preheat the oven to 175 C / 350 F. Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to a food processor and blend quickly. Add in the chocolate chips and stir. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Take about a tablespoon of batter and shape into a round ball and flatten it a little with your hand. Continue with the rest of the batter. Bake for 15-20 min until barely golden. Take them out and let cool for at least 30 minutes. Remove from the baking sheet and eat as is or freeze them for a firmer texture.
