Ingredients

  • 150g Salmon filet
  • 150g purple sweet potato
  • 30g pink beetroot
  • 30g radish
  • Parsley
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp spring onions

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon with sesame oil, soy sauce and black pepper.
  2. Bake the salmon in the oven for 20 min in 160°C
  3. Boil and mash the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Cut the veggies
  5. Place the potato mash on the bottom of the plate, top with the cooked salmon put lemon juice on top of the salmon and place the other ingredients on top.
