Ingredients

  1. Wasabi mayonnaise
  2. 2 tbsp Japanese soy
  3. 1 tbsp wasabi
  4. 3/4 cup / 2 dl (200 ml) mayonnaise
  5. Salad
  6. 2 celery stalks
  7. 1/2 cucumber
  8. 1 green pepper
  9. 2.8 oz/ 80 g sugar snaps
  10. 1.7 oz / 50 g beetroot sprouts
  11. 7 oz / 200 g iceberg lettuce
  12. 13 oz / 360 g smoked salmon
  13. 1 lime
  14. 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, soya sauce and wasabi.
  2. Thinly slice the pepper, sugar peas, celery, cucumber and iceberg lettuce.
  3. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
  4. Top the salads bowls off with, lime zest, sesame seeds and a lime wedges.
