Ingredients

  • 9 oz / 250 g Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Lemon zest 
  • ½ cup/ 5 oz/ 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 5 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Mix together raspberries and fresh lemon juice
  2. In a bowl, combine greek yogurt and honey. Add the raspberry mixture and swirl together
  3. Fill the molds with the yogurt and raspberry mixture, place the stick in the middle and freeze for 6-8 hours
