Ingredients

  • 500g sweet potato
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp black caviar
  • Fresh Dill

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes, cut it in 1 cm slice and boil it.
  2. When they are almost done, put it in a tray, add the olive oil, salt, black peper and garlic powder. Dill in the oven on grill mode for a few minutes until the potatoes are full cooked and crisp on top.
  3. Let it cool down for 10 min. Top with cream cheese, caviar and dill. Serve to your guests low-fat your next house party!
