Sautéed – fry the broccolini with chopped, fresh chili and garlic, fry until crisp. Sprinkle with sea salt and sesame seeds. Serve.

Pasta – sauté broccolini with a little onion, add tahini, olive oil and a little lemon juice and cook for a few minutes. Combine with cooked whole wheat pasta (or gluten-free pasta). Enjoy.
