  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 ¼ cup pitted dates

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Scoop out the dough and shape to 20 balls.
  2. Tip! Roll in your favourite toppings like chia seeds, shredded coconut or cinnamon.
