Ingredients

  • 70g brown rice
  • 120g chicken 
  • 50g champignons 
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp extra-light cream cheese 5% 
  • 1/2 chicken stock cube 
  • 150ml water

Instructions

  1. Boil the rice according to packaging.
  2. Slice the chicken and the champignons.
  3. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken and champignons golden.
  4. Add the cream cheese, chicken stock and water and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Serve with rice and enjoy your meal!
