  • 1 large chicken fillet 6.2 oz
  • 175 g shredded
  • 5 slices halloumi
  • 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
  • 1/4 chopped red peppers
  • 4 romaine salads leave (or iceberg lettuce)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon tahini paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon tamari sauce or soy)


  1. Mix tahini paste and tamari into a sauce set aside.
  2. Fry the shredded chicken in oil in a frying pan, season with optional spices.
  3. Cook the halloumi in the same pan. Put the fried mixture on the salad leaves together with the vegetables.
  4. Top with tahini tomato sauce and coriander.
