  • 1 chicken fillet shredded 4.4 oz / 125 g
  • 1.5 dl heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon ajvar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped yellow onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5.3 oz / 150 g spiralized zucchini


  1. Put salted water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the onion in oil in a frying pan and fry until it has softened.
  3. Add the chicken, salt, peppers and any other optional spice.
  4. When the chicken is almost done, pour over cream and ajvar and let it simmer.
  5. Put the spiralized zucchini in boiling water for a minute, pour out the water and lay on the plate, serve with the chicken stroganoff.
  6. It is also good to eat the zucchini raw mixed with some oil, lime, salt, and pepper.
