Ingredients

  • 14 oz / 400 g chicken fillet
  • 1 1/4 cup / 3 dl (300ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup / 1/2 dl ( 50 ml) parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup/ 1/2 dl (50 ml) chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3.5 oz / 100 g red cabbage
  • 3 pcs celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 20 savoy cabbage leaves

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken in lightly salted water for about 15 minutes. Cut into small pieces and let it cool.
  2. Remove the kernel house from the pepper and cucumber, cut into rods.
  3. Shred the red cabbage.
  4. Scale and finely chop the garlic.
  5. Mix with chicken, mayonnaise, herbs, lemon zest, chili, and salt.  
  6. Place the chicken filling on the cabbage leaves and spread out the vegetables, then roll into small wraps.
