Ingredients

  • 40 g crumbles from The healthified carrot cake or any other carrot cake recipe you like.
  • 300 g greek yoghurt
  • 10 g honey
  • 20 g almonds

Since you only have 1/4 of a regular sized piece carrot cake it’s ok to use the regular ones although we used a healthier version made out of almond flour and stevia as a sweetener.

Instructions

  1. Follow the instructions for Helthified carrot cake. Make some crumbles out of one piece of the cake.
  2. Layer the crumbles with greek yoghurt, honey and chopped almonds.
