Ingredients

Grilled tofu

  • 19 oz / 540 g firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup / 1 dl / 100 ml smoky bbq sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Bean salad

  • 3 cans mixed cooked beans á 13.4 oz / 380 g
  • 5.2 oz / 150 g  frozen or fresh haricots verts
  • 8.8 oz / 250 g baby tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 lemon juice + zest

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu in slices, marinate in the bbq sauce and salt.
  2. Pour out the liquid from beans and rinse them in water.
  3. Bring salted water to boil and add the haricots verts for 2 minutes, drain the water and rinse in cold water.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion and cut the tomatoes in half, mix together with beans, oregano, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and salt.
  5. Fry the tofu in a grill pan on high heat or cook on a grill. Serve with the salad.
