Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup /1 dl (118 ml) oats
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup/ 2 1/2 dl (240 ml)  water
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup /1 dl (118 ml) unsweetened plant based milk
  • 1/4 cup / ½ dl (59 ml) berries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

  1. Divide the banana into smaller pieces, add oats, water and some salt in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil and let it simmer while stirring for about 3 minutes.
  3. Top the oatmeal with berries, peanut butter and milk.
